Post construction of a single family renovation and addition on Munjoy Hill, Portland, the very first modern building on Munjoy Hill we believe. The existing structure was a single story building in extremely poor condition that had seen several poorly executed renovations. It was nearly a tear down but the utilities were in working order and we were able to salvage the bulk of the first floor framing. The building has now been transformed into a like-new durable, energy efficient structure.
